This custom vacation home showcases a seamless blend of modern design and expert craftsmanship with bespoke cabinetry and furniture throughout.

The bed frames with integrated side tables, wardrobes, desks, bench seating, vanities, and fireplace surround are crafted from MDF-core, sequence-matched plain-sliced white oak, ensuring a cohesive and natural wood grain flow. Each piece is finished with a clear commercial-grade conversion varnish, enhancing durability while preserving the wood’s organic beauty.

In the kitchen, we designed a sleek, custom “skinny shaker” style using 3/4” MDF center panels, framed with 3/4” W x 7/8” L maple molding to achieve a refined, minimalist aesthetic. The cabinetry is finished with a commercial-grade conversion varnish paint, ensuring a smooth and resilient surface.

One standout feature is the hidden 48” x 96” wet bar, discreetly tucked away behind retractable doors on the left side of the kitchen—offering both functionality and a clean, streamlined look.

A significant challenge arose when unexpected bathroom layout changes required adjustments after material allocation was already set. Despite these constraints, we executed precise modifications while maintaining the original design vision.
