Hello, I am György Oláh. My friends call me George. I started mekkelek custom woodwork & cabinetry in 2002 because I wanted to design and make quality cabinets for clients who request nothing less then superior construction quality. Having grown up among master carpenters and craftsmen South of Budapest, Hungary, I learned the lasting value of precision craftsmanship early. My intent in establishing this company in the Triangle area was to provide a refined level of design and woodworking to both residential and commercial clients.

By bringing together the skills of a select group of creative, highly qualified and experienced craftsmen, beautifully executed solutions to the most challenging projects have been achieved.
